Prevent charging price use outdate price

As conversation with Alex Ting (Kuching Borneo) this morning, he say quite a lot cost price increase recently but system won't capture new charging price if staff have enter before that.

Alex say can make all text in RED if the charging price has been amended. Note: This red text no need apply to these bills posted.

Blinking indicator makes an alert for the billing clerk and they will check carefully and update it.

Q: Why we need another discount formula for doctor?
A: Borneo medical Centre have a lot doctor don't want to bill in monthly.
